We know that people coming for the first time have their own set of questions. Still, we can take down your curiosity a little bit. We have a step-by-step approach for all our clients. We also understand that a dental issue has roots everywhere, even in your diet. Therefore, prior to your dental checkup, we will also have your hygiene checked.
At your first appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly and knowledgeable office staff that will collect all your pertinent patient and health information and answer any administrative or insurance questions you may have.
You will then be seen by one of our highly trained and experienced Hygienists who will review your health history, discuss concerns you may have about your smile or dental hygiene and then based on this information will present a treatment plan that best fits your needs. You can ask them any questions you have regarding hygienic health.
We are confident that after your first visit you will have a full understanding of why this practice has so many satisfied and long term patients. We welcome you to our family and look forward to serving all your dental needs.
Lastly, you will be seen by Dr. Keith A. Gilbert. He will instantly impress you with his gentle nature, easy-going personality, and knowledge of dentistry. He will perform a thorough examination; discuss the treatment plan presented to you, and answer any questions you may have.
